As one of Turkey’s leading companies in innovation and R&D within its field, MCM Engineering conducts its research activities systematically through its dedicated R&D center. The company also operates an accredited in-house testing laboratory capable of measuring the effects and performance of various thermodynamic components—such as humidity, temperature, and airflow—on its equipment.
Through advanced simulation studies, MCM Engineering not only experimentally analyzes air quality in greenhouses, but also works on highly specialized processes such as the recovery and reuse of chemical vapors like solvents absorbed from the air.
The R&D engineering team actively supports the training and accreditation process required to become EATON’s 11th ex-proof certified distributor in Europe. With this initiative, MCM aims to become the first company in Turkey to manufacture ex-proof panels for flammable and explosive gas and petroleum facilities.
All designs developed by the R&D team follow a standardized methodology, and are subject to extensive laboratory and field testing before entering mass production.
Our engineers, who have been working on humidity control systems for fidely cultivation and medical cannabis greenhouses for many years, have recently succeeded in commercializing smart greenhouse climate control units and intelligent humidity control systems powered by electricity and/or natural gas or liquefied natural gas (LNG).
