The Heart of Innovation: MCM Engineering R&D Center

MCM Engineering, one of Turkey’s leading companies in innovation and R&D within its field, systematically conducts these activities through its established R&D Center. The accredited testing center within the factory can precisely measure the performance of thermodynamic components such as humidity, temperature, and flow rate on its units. In this way, the quality of our products is guaranteed not only in theory but also experimentally.

From Simulations to Real-Life Solutions

Through our comprehensive simulation studies, we not only analyze the air quality of greenhouses but also work on highly specific processes such as the air-based absorption and reuse of chemical fluids like solvent. These studies increase the efficiency of industrial processes while minimizing our environmental impact. This demonstrates that we consider the environmental standards not just of today, but also of the future.

Steps Towards the Future: Safety and Environment

Our R&D engineering team, recognizing the future importance of safety and environmental protection, aims to become a company that produces explosion-proof (Ex-proof) panels for installations involving flammable and explosive gases and petroleum. With this breakthrough, we aim to offer secure and sustainable solutions that reduce not only economic but also environmental risks. Every design undergoes extensive experiments and field tests before mass production, proving that we never compromise on quality.

Eco-Friendly Tomorrows with Smart Technologies

Our engineers, who have long specialized in humidity control for propagation houses (nurseries) and medical cannabis greenhouses, have combined their deep knowledge in this field with smart technologies. By commercializing smart “Greenhouse Air Handling Units” and “Smart Humidity Control Units” that run on electricity and/or natural gas/liquefied natural gas, we have made agricultural production more efficient and energy-saving. These products enable us to reduce our environmental footprint by using resources more consciously, serving our goal of leaving a more livable world for future generations.
